Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and organized individual to join our team as a Creative Assistant to a Fashion Designer at The Candid Solutions. The Creative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the design process, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing innovative ideas to our fashion projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent design skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Discuss design content and details with head designer
- Determine suitable fabric requirements and materials for projects
- Handle client fitting and follow-up processes
- Document and preserve illustrations, patterns, and design layout for future reference
- Manage the design process from start to finish
- Must be able to work without supervision and be proactive and detail-oriented
- Quality control and effective team communication
- Research and provide creative guidelines for excellent garment production
- Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures
- Supervise and motivate a team to meet specifications and deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in English Language
- Great communication skills
- Experience in Fashion
- Artistic creativity and Fashion Illustration capacity are advantageous
- Ability to think fast and provide solutions
- Creative with a great sense of style
