Job Description
PayGo Phone is seeking a seasoned Country Retail Manager to oversee nationwide retail operations, drive revenue growth, and expand distribution channels.
- Develop and execute retail strategy; lead a multi-store network and regional teams.
- Manage P&L, optimize inventory and merchandising, and ensure sales targets are met.
- Coordinate closely with marketing and supply chain to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years in retail leadership with demonstrated P&L and people management, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, excellent communication, and willingness to travel as required.
