Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional Country Office Receptionist to manage the front desk, greet visitors, answer telephone lines, sort and distribute mail, respond to basic inquiries, and support general office administration. The role requires strict confidentiality, dependability, and a strong customer-service orientation.

  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum one year of reception or administrative experience.
  • Skills: Clear English communication, basic MS Office proficiency, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and a positive, professional demeanor.
