Job Description
Klinserve, a facilities management company, is recruiting to fill the position of Costing Accountant. The job is based in Victoria Island, Lagos and requires full-time commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for bid submissions
- Develop bid-winning strategies
- Cost all jobs in line with company guidelines
- Provide financial support and information to the CEO and business development team
- Prepare monthly management accounts pack, including project accounts and contribution analysis
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other working capital requirements
- Conduct research, write, and edit proposals
- Negotiate with stakeholders to secure bids
- Source short-term loans to support working capital
- Implement budget and budgetary controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts, Finance, or another relevant discipline
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and MS Word
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deadline-driven and committed to excellence
- Experience as a bid writer is advantageous
- Excellent industry knowledge and willingness to keep up with trends
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Sound understanding of the facility management industry and the built-up environment
Salary: N200,00 – N300,00 monthly
