Job Description
PepsiCo is looking for a committed Cost & Financial Analyst to assist our Financial Managers in creating comprehensive financial reports, maintaining operational controls, and delivering insightful financial analyses. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments, performing in-depth analyses, preparing financial summaries, and assessing costs for accuracy and reasonability.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, along with a professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CIMA. A minimum of 4-5 years of pertinent experience in management accounting or financial planning, preferably in the FMCG industry, is necessary. Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail are vital for success in this role.
