EvolvateHR is actively seeking a committed Corporate Lawyer to oversee all legal matters within our organization. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing legal risks, offering legal counsel on corporate governance, drafting and negotiating contracts, and representing the company in legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills.

This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary starting at ₦200,00.00, and involves a travel requirement of 75%. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with management to ensure compliance and provide training on legal issues.
