Job Description
Our company, RS Hunter Ltd, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Professional to join our dynamic team. As a Corporate Finance Professional, you will play a crucial role in managing our company’s financial activities and ensuring its overall financial well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and maximize profitability
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Manage and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives and optimize processes
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, risk management, and financial modeling
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate finance best practices
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
