Job Description

Our company, RS Hunter Ltd, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Professional to join our dynamic team. As a Corporate Finance Professional, you will play a crucial role in managing our company’s financial activities and ensuring its overall financial well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and maximize profitability
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives and optimize processes
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, risk management, and financial modeling
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate finance best practices
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
