Job Description
A Corporate Finance Legal Associate is an integral part of our legal team, responsible for providing legal support and guidance in corporate finance matters. This role requires a strong understanding of finance and corporate law.
As a Corporate Finance Legal Associate, you will be involved in various tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will collaborate closely with other departments, such as finance and investment teams, to provide legal advice and mitigate potential risks.
Key qualifications for this position include a law degree, preferably with a focus on corporate or finance law, and relevant work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities, are also essential.
