Job Description
Vitel Wireless Limited is excited to announce an opening for a Core Network Engineer to join our Engineering & Technology team in Abuja on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical expertise in SS7, MAP, SIP, GTP, SMPP, and Diameter, contributing significantly to network design, architecture planning, and the evolution of our network roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan application features and facilitate integration with MVNOs and MNOs.
- Support the Core Network department in areas including Packet Core, VAS, and interconnects.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Core Network.
- Familiarity with VoLTE and 3G/4G architecture.
