Responsibilities:

• Oversee company’s financial operations and planning.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
• Manage financial forecasts and outlooks.
• Perform financial modeling and risk analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CFA/CPA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles.
• Knowledge of risk management methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
