Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Coordinator – Travel and Accommodation in our Human Resources department. As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel and accommodation arrangements for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel plans and itineraries for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure that all travel arrangements are within budget and in compliance with company policies.
- Handle travel-related issues, such as cancellations, rebooking, and changes in itineraries.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Collaborate with travel agencies, hotels, and other vendors to negotiate and secure the best rates and deals.
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reimbursements.
- Develop and implement travel and accommodation policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in travel coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using travel management software and online booking platforms.
- Knowledge of HR practices and policies is a plus.
