Job Description
Our hotel, Virginrose Resorts, is seeking a professional cook with a minimum of two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the chef and be capable of:
- Maintaining a sanitized work area
- Preparing a variety of food items
- Utilizing safe and hygienic handling practices
- Cooking in bulk and using kitchen equipment efficiently
- Presenting, garnishing, and arranging final dishes
REQUIREMENTS
- SSCE qualification with a minimum of one year relevant cook experience
- Knowledge of local and intercontinental dish techniques
- Baking and grilling skills
- Ability to work efficiently
- Must reside or be willing to work in Lagos
