Job Description
Our hotel, VIRGINROSE RESORTS, is looking for a professional cook with a minimum of one year experience. The cook will be responsible for assisting the chef and should be able to:
- Maintain a prepared and sanitized work area
- Prepare a variety of food items
- Constantly make use of safe and hygienic handling practices
- Cook in bulk and make proper use of the kitchen equipment provided
- Present, garnish, and arrange dishes prepared
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of one year relevant experience as a cook as stated above.
- Must have knowledge of local dish techniques, knowledge of intercontinental dishes will be appreciated too
- Candidates should also possess baking and grilling skills
- Capable of working at a fast pace
- Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos
