Job Description

Experienced Cook needed to prepare high-quality meals for guests, restaurant, bush bar, and events. Duties: cook from approved menus, ensure taste and presentation, maintain kitchen hygiene and food-safety, assist stock control, minimize waste, and collaborate with kitchen staff. Requirements: SSCE/OND or equivalent, hotel/restaurant experience, knowledge of Nigerian dishes (continental a plus), able to work rotating morning/evening shifts. Salary from ₦120,00/month plus duty meals and hotel benefits. Reports to Head Chef/Kitchen Supervisor.
