The successful candidate will follow recipes accurately, maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards, manage stock, and assist with menu preparation while demonstrating speed, precision, and a professional attitude.

• Minimum one year of kitchen experience
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work varied shifts
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure

Food handler certification is a plus.
