Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team at a Government-Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC). As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing accounting activities, and providing financial guidance to the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, overseeing tax compliance, financial reporting, and managing the day-to-day activities of the accounting department. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and excellent analytical skills are essential for this role.
Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA certification, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Proficiency in financial planning software, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills are also required.
