Job Description

Kennedia Consulting, a professional HR service firm in West Africa, is seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Agent to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions, resolve complaints, maintain records in CRM, and collaborate with team members to meet performance goals.

Requirements: BSC (minimum 2:2), completed NYSC, at least one year of customer service experience, and aged not older than 26. Strong communication skills and a record of delivering excellent customer service are essential.

Salary: N102,00 / Month (includes 13th Month, HMO, Pension).
