Job Description
- HND in Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
- Previous customer service experience in a contact center or similar environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Salary: ₦70,00.00 per month
