Job Description
ICS Outsourcing Limited is currently looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Contact Center Agent to become part of our dynamic team. You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively resolving inquiries to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally address inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups on issues, surveys, or campaigns.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary.
Requirements:
- OND/NCE minimum; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or similar environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Salary: N100,00/month.
