Job Description
GIG Logistics is seeking an enthusiastic Contact Center Agent to join our Customer Service & Support team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, and online chats. A minimum qualification of HND is required, along with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, resolving complaints, up-selling services, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Applicants should possess strong communication skills and reside around Surulere or Okota.
