Job Description
Bukka Hut Restaurant is a people-centric organization in Lagos, currently seeking a Contact Center Agent to join our team at Lekki. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a minimum of 1 year work experience in customer service, we want to hear from you!
Job Description:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls
- Take and process customer orders
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide customers with necessary information and support
- Save customer information in the company database
Job Requirements:
- OND in any field
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Reside within Lekki Phase I and its vicinity
Salary: N60,00 Monthly
