Job Description
Bukka Hut Restaurant, a fast-growing organization with nearly 20 outlets in Lagos, is looking for a dedicated Contact Center Agent to join our team in Lekki Phase 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive customer calls.
- Process customer orders.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Handle complaints and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements: OND in any field, 1 year customer service experience, strong communication skills.
Salary: N70,00 – N80,00 monthly.
