Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls
- Take and process customer orders
- Provide necessary information and support to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer information in the company database
Job Requirements:
- OND in any field
- Minimum of 1-year work experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Residing within Lekki Phase I and its environs
Salary: N60,00 per month
