Job Description

The Consumer Lending Executive will drive retail loan growth by sourcing, assessing, and managing consumer credit applications including personal, salary advance, and auto loans. This role requires client acquisition, initial credit evaluation, accurate documentation, and coordination with credit risk, operations, and legal to ensure timely approval and disbursement. The incumbent will educate borrowers on terms and fees, monitor repayments to minimize delinquency, and maintain sales records and compliance with KYC and regulatory standards.

• Key performance indicators: loans booked, acquisition/retention, turnaround time, portfolio quality, delinquency rates.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Economics; relevant lending experience; strong sales, negotiation, and credit analysis skills.
• Full-time. Compensation: ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month.
