Job Description

Role: Senior Commercials / Business Development Manager (Construction)

Job Mode: Hybrid – Lekki Lagos

Salary Range: ₦800,00 to ₦1.2 million

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies for revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to enhance commercial presence.
  • Lead initiatives to secure new business partnerships and clients within the sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and trends.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with favorable terms.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement revenue optimization strategies.
  • Pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in commercial management within the industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and negotiating successful agreements.
