Job Description

Blue Square Limited is seeking a dedicated Construction Trainee to join our team. You will report to the site manager and senior project managers, ensuring that client requirements are met. Your role includes monitoring labor, materials, and equipment budgets while managing quality control, health and safety checks, and conducting inspections.

Assist in planning construction operations and scheduling phases to meet deadlines. You will supervise laborers and provide guidance, evaluate progress, and prepare detailed reports. Other duties may be assigned by the Head of Construction.

This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for new graduates.
