Job Description
Benarc Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all phases of construction, from initial planning and budgeting to project execution and final closeout.
Responsibilities: You will manage multiple commercial and residential projects, collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, lead project teams, and address on-site challenges effectively.
Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years in project management, strong leadership abilities, comprehensive knowledge of construction codes, and proficiency in project management software are essential.
