The primary responsibilities include maintaining construction timelines, recruiting and managing personnel, communicating with stakeholders, procuring materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have prior supervisory experience, a solid background in construction, and excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
