Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is mandatory.
- Proven minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, techniques, and software.
- Proficient in construction drawing and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
