Job Description
Summary: We are seeking a courteous and efficient Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests, residents, or clients. The Concierge will be the first point of contact for inquiries and requests, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, residents, or clients upon arrival.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events.
- Assist with reservations, transportation arrangements, and ticket bookings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and organized lobby area.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Monitor and respond to security and safety concerns.
- Handle administrative tasks such as mail sorting and package deliveries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
