Job Description
Workforce Group in Mushin is hiring a full-time Compounding Operator (₦165,00/month). The role involves operating and maintaining compounding equipment, adhering to SOPs and safety protocols, preparing emulsions, coordinating raw materials with the Weighing Operator to ensure zero bulk waiting time at filling lines, completing accurate production documentation, and supporting equipment maintenance and manufacturing change projects.
- Qualifications: BSc/HND in Science or Engineering (minimum Second Class Lower) preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG or cosmetics manufacturing; SAP knowledge and MS Office proficiency are advantages.
- Required: strict adherence to operational checklists and ability to manage technical projects.
