Job Description
As a Compliance, Risk and Audit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company adheres to all regulatory requirements and maintains effective risk management practices. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across various business functions.
You will be responsible for conducting compliance audits, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them. This includes reviewing policies and procedures, assessing the effectiveness of controls, and recommending improvements to mitigate identified risks.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support on compliance and risk-related matters. You will also assist in developing and delivering training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of compliance standards within the organization.
