Job Description:

• Conduct and direct the review of organization controls, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Appraise the soundness and effectiveness of compliance procedures.
• Compile and issue reports detailing conclusions and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Review existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with managers to develop clear policies and procedures.
• Provide recommendations for gaps in adherence to Tourism and Airline policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years compliance experience in the travel industry.
• Good knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Functions and Standards.
• Good communication skills.
