Job Position: Compliance Officer
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description:
- The Compliance Officer ensures regulatory compliance, guiding the company to operate legally and ethically across all business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive compliance program aligned with company operations.
- Strengthen compliance controls within the organization.
- Provide detailed compliance reports and advice to management regarding laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits to identify and address weaknesses in processes and documentation.
- Evaluate business activities for compliance risks.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: N150,00 (gross)
- HMO, 13th-month salary, and bonus
