Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compliance Officer/MLRO to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the business operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and address any compliance gaps.
- Provide compliance training to employees.
- Act as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and ensure effective AML/CTF programs are in place.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes that may impact the business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field.
- Prior experience in a similar compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
