Job Description

Phillips Outsourcing is seeking a full-time Compliance & Internal Control Officer based in Abuja to ensure adherence to CBN and NDIC regulations, AML/CFT requirements, internal policies, and risk controls. Responsibilities include regulatory reporting, compliance reviews and branch checks, evaluating and improving internal controls, reviewing loan and teller operations, KYC/CDD and PEP screening, filing STRs/CTRs, supporting audits, investigating irregularities, and conducting staff training.

  • Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related; minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance, internal control, audit or risk (banking preferred).
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of CBN/MFB and AML/CFT, excellent analytical and reporting abilities, clear communication, high integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Salary: ₦180,00–₦360,00 per month.
