Job Description

Job Summary: The Head of the Salary Business Segment will be responsible for developing and executing strategies aimed at increasing salary account acquisitions, fostering deposit growth, and creating credit solutions tailored for salaried employees. This role includes driving efficient salary processing, establishing payroll partnerships, and promoting financial products designed specifically for employee needs.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience in retail banking or financial product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
