Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Analyze salary data and market trends for competitive packages.
- Collaborate with HR to align compensation practices with organizational goals.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills and market benchmarking familiarity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Salary: ₦350,00, including a 20% performance appraisal, no accommodation or meals provided.
