Ocean Lord Limited, a leading Nigeria-based conglomerate focused on frozen seafood and related products, is seeking a dedicated and organized Company Secretary to join our team in Ibafo, Ogun.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain statutory records and file regulatory documents.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and board resolutions.
- Manage company correspondence and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and internal policies.
- Assist senior management with secretarial and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance.
