The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, maintaining statutory records, coordinating board meetings, and delivering legal counsel. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of four years of post-call experience in corporate governance and hold at least a 2:1 degree in BL/LLB. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
