Description
- As the Legal Counsel and Company Secretary, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel to the organization on various legal and compliance matters.
- You will also manage corporate governance-related tasks, ensuring that relevant board and company meetings are organized, minuted, and convened as needed.
- In addition, you will ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including any applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 5 – 10 years of work experience.
Salary: N600,00 – N700,00 monthly.
