Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Company Secretary to join our team. As the Company Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, and facilitating communication between board members and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of corporate governance. Prior experience in a similar role and a relevant qualification are preferred.
