Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Community Operations Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and managing regional installer WhatsApp groups, planning and sourcing content for daily updates, and facilitating communication within these groups.
Your role will also involve developing strong relationships with EPCs and installers, tracking installation orders, and collecting market insights through site visits and surveys.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Experience in the Solar Energy sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
