Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop community engagement strategies and initiatives linked to content calendar and trends (global and local)
- Plan and execute community initiatives and programs online and in person
- Moderate discussions and content within communities across platforms to build brand awareness
- Respond to community inquiries and feedback
- Create engaging and shareable content for social media pages, newsletters, and promotional videos
- Monitor and analyze campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products
- Research and participate in events with community representation
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
