Job Description
Adron Homes, a premier Real Estate and Property Development Company, is looking for a committed Commission Sales Associate to become part of our dynamic team in Ibadan, Oyo State. In this full-time, on-site position, you will focus on promoting and selling our affordable real estate properties tailored for low to medium-income earners.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding sales, marketing, and negotiation abilities, along with a strong commitment to customer service. Excellent communication skills and a drive to exceed sales targets are crucial. While experience in real estate sales is beneficial, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a mandatory requirement.
