We are seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to support daily food preparation and plating under the supervision of the chef de partie. Key duties include basic knife work, preparing vegetables, portioning ingredients, maintaining a clean workspace, and following food safety protocols.

• Preferred: culinary school training or at least one year of kitchen experience
• Required: strong work ethic, attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility for varied shifts
