Job Description

Standard Bank seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of Tier 1/2 commercial clients (≥N2bn exposures; ≥N5bn turnover). The successful candidate will deepen client relationships, cross-sell and integrate Stanbic/Standard Bank products, and drive client value and bank profitability.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 7–10 years in commercial banking with 1–2 years as an RM.
• Skills: strong sales acumen, client management, analytical thinking, initiative, and solid product knowledge.
