Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial and Finance Manager (Collections) to lead credit and collections operations, optimize cash flow, and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Responsibilities include developing and enforcing commercial credit policies, negotiating and monitoring repayment plans, supervising a collections team, conducting credit risk assessments, reconciling accounts receivable, and preparing concise reports for senior management. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, has 5+ years of experience in commercial collections or credit control, and demonstrates strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. Proficiency with ERP systems and collections software is required. The role demands accuracy, commercial judgment, and the ability to drive measurable improvements in cash recovery and credit risk management.
