Job Description
Strivo Labs seeks a full-time Collections & Recovery Manager to lead collections and recovery operations for our Lagos-based client. You will design and execute strategies across early to late delinquency stages, manage in-house teams and third-party partners, monitor PAR, roll rates and recovery KPIs, streamline workflows and escalations, and ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
- 3–7 years in collections with proven team management experience
- Knowledge of loan products, legal recovery processes, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
