Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Collections Officer to manage overdue accounts, contact customers to negotiate payment arrangements, reconcile records, and coordinate with internal and legal teams to minimize losses. The role requires strong communication and negotiation abilities, precise record-keeping, discretion in sensitive situations, and a proven capacity to meet collection targets.
- Preferred: 1–2 years’ experience in collections, banking, or credit
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with collections software is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
